I cover Asheville proper plus five surrounding towns I can reach inside thirty minutes from the truck-bay on the west side. If you're past that radius — Marshall, Brevard, Hendersonville — I usually still come, but the trip fee is real and I'll quote it on the phone before I get in the truck.

I work West Asheville bungalows and Montford historic houses mostly. Older cast-iron drains, some galvanized supply still in service. Kenilworth and Biltmore Forest are usually bigger jobs — more bathrooms, original fixtures, sometimes a Greene-era boiler room nobody's touched in twenty years.

This is home — I grew up here. Lake Tomahawk neighborhoods, Cragmont, downtown rentals. A lot of 1950s ranch houses with original galvanized lines that are due for partial repipe. My supplier is in town so parts runs are five minutes.
Weaverville · 30 min
North of Asheville off 19/23. Mix of older Reems Creek farmhouses and newer subdivisions out by the Weaverville Reservoir. Marcus at Apex Gas is based here — convenient when a job needs both plumbing and gas hand-offs.
Fairview · 35 min
South-east of Asheville off 74A. A lot of well-and-septic country properties — pressure tanks, well-pump pressure switches, water-softener servicing. I don't drill wells; I do everything downstream of one.
Arden · 30 min
Between Asheville and Hendersonville on I-26. Newer construction mostly — 1980s and after. PEX supply, decent slab-on-grade work. A lot of garage water-heater swaps and outdoor hose-bib freeze repair every February.
Candler · 30 min
West of Asheville off I-40 toward Enka. Older mountain properties on private well systems, plus some newer subdivisions near Pisgah Brewing's old footprint. Drains in the older Candler houses are mostly cast-iron with some clay sections at the property line.
